my wife and i loaded the app on our phones. Both of us tried to input a card into the wallet. We each got the spinning arrow but the program never goes beyond that. Backing out and trying again, the arrow is still there, spinning. shuttong it down and restarting just gives the same result. One star since i cant even use the app. Sorry

Be very careful when using the app. I ordered 3 taxis. First time selected economy and was charged 13000 isk more than agreed. Was then charged an additional £7.95 then on 3rd occasion driver advised me app wasn't working and put taxi on meter and charged double what had been agreed on the app. Would not recommend to use in Reykjavik

Nice and new scooters with wide handle bars, large front wheels and front suspension, good breaks, but with slightly poor turning angles. Very poor area coverage (for now). Location is updated very slowly and because of this the service thinks you are in a slow zone or in a no parking zone. After reaching my destination I had to keep going to find an acceptable parking spot to avoid paying the extra €10, and that's because of the location services that did not update my location.
