I used scooter for 10 mins and it charged me for 15 pounds while it only charge my friend (who ride the same amount of distance) was charged 4 pounds. I checked in the app and want to raise a concern on that ride. There is absolutely no way to report the ride and I was charged unfairly. this is the worst experience I could get, I will never use this app again.

€20 for an hour round trip in paphos is quite a rip off! Won't be using again as it's cheaper to get a taxi. After consulting with your customer service team they confirmed that the cost was correct and was 25cent per minute which in my opinion is expensive for something which should be low cost and convenient.

Thank you for your feedback - this does not sound quite right. There is a pre authorization charge on every users first trip that then gets refunded. If you could contact our customer support through our app so that we can investigate

The app crashes all the time I want to end ride and does not provide proper description. I payed more 3/3 times I used it because of this issue. The report function does not work either. No agents available at the support... I almost missed my train again.
