Excellent option: The only thing that scares me is that when I make a 15-minute reservation, the app discounts me 10 pounds, of course, it already returned them to me when I left the bike parked.

Booked a taxi in Iceland and taxi never arrived. Initial estimate was 5 mins and I waited 20 mins. If you cancel app would charge you cancelation fee. I called another taxi company and paid double the price. Customer service was useless as AI bot said representative will respond in 3 hours. The driver finally canceled the ride after 60-70 mins.

this is best app! me and my wife have never had more fun ripping around on vacation! - I wish all cities had these. a great way to get around Reykjavik!
