At Bork Fitness, we fight every day to reverse this unfortunate trend. It is our wish that you, as a client, have the best conditions to be able to achieve your goal. This, of course, must be done at the same time that you acquire the skills to be able to stand on your own two feet after completing the course.

Jacob's knowledge, philosophy and approach are the foundation for all work at Bork Fitness. In addition, the team is supplemented with various skills, which ensures that you, as a client, get the absolute best help for your particular situation - regardless of whether you have challenges with motivation, diet, PCO, allergies, injuries or something else.

Primary features:

- Customized interactive training and diet plans. Complete your training step by step and log your results, and create your own intake list directly from your diet plan.
- Easy logging of measurements and a wide range of fitness activities. Log your activities directly in the app, or import activities you've logged on other devices through Google Fit.
- See your personal goals, your progress and your activities at any time.
- Chat functionality with support for both video and audio messages.
- Some coaching courses include access to a group - a community with other clients where everyone can share tips, ask questions and support each other. Participation is voluntary and your name and profile picture will only be visible to other members in the group if you choose to accept the invitation from the team to join a group.
