Awful experience. I’ve been completely unable to log in to my account because the app’s two-step verification is broken. The code is sent, but as soon as I enter it, the app blocks the process and I’m stuck. I also tried accessing my tickets as a guest, and that didn’t work either. Overall, extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Does the Gol app even work at all? I've booked a trip through AA in 2 months to Brazil. Neither the app nor the Gol website shows my flights. The AA app shows my flights, but I cannot pick seats for Gol. The app only has Portuguese. I speak English. French, German and a little Russian but no Portuguese. Both the app and English website are hard to navigate. At least there are no pop-up ads. Surely Gol could find better programmers for both app and website. Simply Poorly done.

This website and mobile app is completely trash. even if you save your travler information as favorites when choosing passengers, all the information doesn't pull through like passport expiration date and date of issue. finally, had to enter everything manually. Made it to the payment screen. And I was not able to choose the state because drop down did not load properly. also, when entering dates, some fields, it was mm/dd/yyyy and then would change to dd/mm/yyyy. most horrible and frustrating
