Training, nutrition, habits, and community all in one app — with an honest guideline: the flame only ignites when you show up.
Training that originates from your registration
You tell us where you train, how much time you have, your level, and what hurts. The plan comes from there: weekly division, exercises, sets, repetitions, and rest calculated for your body and your routine — at home, in the building's gym, or in a full-service gym.
When it's time to train, the app guides you set by set, with a rest timer and recording of load and repetitions — and a notification accompanies the workout even with the screen locked. The history saves what you've already done.
Didn't like the plan? Tell us what you felt — too heavy, too short, an exercise you don't want — and the next one will be created from that feedback. Or build your own, exercise by exercise.
Diet with the bill in sight
Your caloric goal is calculated using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, based on your body, your routine, and your training frequency. And the app opens the account: tap on "Why this goal?" and see where each number came from.
Meals are built around this goal and respect your dietary restrictions.
The Flame
The flame measures consistency, not presence. It lights up when you post your day in the community, and only counts the days you planned to train.
Habits
Water, steps, and sleep are already set up. You add your own.
Challenges
Join a challenge and receive the schedule: training, menu, habits, and classes, week by week. Check in with a photo and track the ranking.
Community
Post your victory of the day, follow those who inspire you, comment and like. Posts, comments, and profiles are subject to reporting and blocking.
Important
Flameer is a tool for organizing training, nutrition, and habits. It does not diagnose and does not replace medical, nutritional, or physical education professional evaluation. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
