Loving the style, layout, and cadence of Lojong. The words I would use to describe my experience so far would be thoughtful, caring, and deep. I've learned more about myself (and meditation) from this app than from any others I've tried. Loved it so much, I subscribed to the paid subscription. Looking forward to spending the year with you!

I have ADHD, and I've been searching for an app to help me with mindfulness & meditation to help me focus. Other apps I've tried haven't been able to calm me & stop my racing thoughts. Lojong has kept my attention! One of my most important goals was to be able to learn mindfulness for endurance running. I was beyond excited to discover an entire set of lessons that specifically trains mindfulness for athletes! Plus, Lojong allows me premium access just for watching short ads! THANK YOU Lojong! ❤

2023 EDIT: Still True Love. I truly am grateful for this app. I subscribed within the first week, about 2 years ago. It has changed my life. I recommended this app to my therapist - she had stressed for years that meditation would help me-but I didn't have the tools to train my mind. I chose lojong just by reading the philosophy behind it. I've done lots of yoga, lots of readings, but the simplicity and accessability of the philosophies embedded in this app are the gold here. Love the voices!
