This is useless. It started with 16 minutes waiting time. I've patinetly waited til it go down to 1 minute, but my 1 minute went up to 40 more minutes. until I successfully got a taxi and the app still in 1 minute. This app is not reliable at all and will just compromise the customer. I wasn't able to catch my meeting. I'm so unlucky to find this app. Worst App ever!

Tried to install but no code received after several tries. Not worth waiting. Probably the system is slow. Uninstalled it though, how would you give a competitive service if ypur system is slow

The apo is okay but your drivers they work with miltiple agencies like Uber & Bolt and they keep on makeing me wait for tham at least 30 min , and another thing you don't have any option in the app where the custmor can file a complaint maybe work on it please.
