About this app

StageTicket Hub is the app for those who produce live events: shows, parties, festivals, theater, stand-up comedy, and congresses. It shows you how your sales are going, how much you have to receive, and what needs your attention, wherever you are.

START WITH WHAT MATTERS
Upon opening, you see the sales for the period, the available balance, and the pending items waiting for you. Choose between today, 7 days, 30 days, the total, or a custom period.

INSIDE EACH EVENT
Open an event and see tickets sold, gross revenue, how much is still to be received, and how many spots are still available. The ticket list shows who bought tickets, searchable by name, CPF (Brazilian tax ID), or email.

MONEY, WITHOUT INTERMEDIARIES
The Financial tab explains where each real comes from: what has already been received, what has been withdrawn, what is still pending, and what is available. Withdrawals are credited to your Pix key.

AUDIENCE NUMBERS
Revenue, net income, fees, and average ticket price per period. Distribution by gender and age group shows who is buying, and Analytics shows where sales are coming from.

MEASURED DISSEMINATION
Create UTM links for each channel and track which ones convert. Instagram, WhatsApp, paid ad, or partner: each with its own link.

SOLVE WITHOUT GOING BACK TO THE OFFICE
Approve requests for sector changes and ticket transfers. Define the change rules, with deadlines and fees. Issue complimentary tickets, create discount coupons, and configure the combos that accompany the ticket.

The app is a companion to the web panel stageticket.com.br. The event's complex setup remains more comfortable in the browser; here you can monitor and act remotely from the office.
