About this app

StageTicket Staff is the doorman's app. It turns your cell phone into a ticket reader: point it at the QR code, check who's ahead, and grant entry.

Made for concerts, parties, festivals, theater, stand-up comedy, and conferences, where the line moves in seconds and the venue's network is almost never reliable.

HOW IT WORKS
1. The organizer generates an invitation code and passes it to the staff.

2. Each person enters with the code on their own device.

3. The reader opens. Point it at the ticket's QR code and entry is granted.

The card shows what the doorman needs to verify: full name and CPF (Brazilian tax ID) number, wristband number, sector, ticket type, table or seat, and ticket session.

WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET
Download the participant list before opening the gates and the app continues working even without a signal on your phone. Tickets are stored on the device and automatically upload when the network is restored, preventing duplicate entries and lost counts.

WHEN THE QR CODE DOESN'T READ
Bent QR code, broken screen, dead phone battery. The search accepts name, wristband number, or CPF (Brazilian tax ID), directly from the downloaded list, and also works offline.

FOR COORDINATORS
Track how many have entered and how many are left, see the pace by door and by person, rearrange the team between doors, and generate invitations on the spot.

Doors by sector: the VIP area door rejects the general admission ticket, reading the same QR code.

Event with more than one session: mark which one is running and the app notifies you when the ticket is for another night. It notifies you, it doesn't block you, because the ticket is legitimate.

Re-entry: when the producer allows you to leave and re-enter, the second scan counts as a re-entry and is not counted as a new entry.

Released by mistake? Cancellation can be undone with the reason recorded, within the window defined by the organizer.

ACCESS
There is no registration or password required. The team enters with the organizer's invitation code, and the session expires automatically at the end of the day. Without an active invitation, there is nothing to do here: this is a work application, not an app for ticket buyers.

PRIVACY
The camera is only used to read the ticket QR code. No images are saved or sent. Upon exiting the operation, participant data is deleted from the device, and entries that have not yet been uploaded are preserved.

StageTicket is the ticketing platform for live events. This application is its access control tool and works with events published on StageTicket.
