Enter the zip code and characteristics of the property being appraised, and receive in minutes a sample of comparable properties collected from the main real estate portals in Brazil (Zap Imóveis, Viva Real, Imóvel Web, and QuintoAndar), with calculated similarity, distance, area data, number of bedrooms, parking spaces, and price.
