About this app

With the Nutrium app, you will have everything you need to reach your health goals and change your eating habits for good!

Our app allows you to have your dietitian by your side whenever and wherever you need them! In it, you can see your meal plan, keep track of your meals, water intake and exercise, see your progress, and much more.

To access the Nutrium app, you need to have appointments with a nutrition professional who uses the Nutrium software. If this is your case, your dietitian will provide you with access immediately after your first appointment. You will receive all instructions and login credentials via email or SMS.

What makes the Nutrium app different?

Keep track of what you eat with a 100% digital Meal Plan: You can check your meal plan at any time in your app, making it easier to follow it wherever you are.

Receive notifications at relevant times: During the day, you will receive alerts so you don’t forget to drink water and eat your meals.

Keep your dietitian close via instant messaging: Whenever you have questions or need help, you can send your nutrition professional a message or even a photo.

See your progress: You can see the progress of your body measurements over time in graphs and register new ones whenever you want. This will help you with weight management, and other milestones achievement.

Access quick and easy healthy recipes: Your dietitian can help you stick to your meal plan by sharing tasty recipes aligned with your goals via the app.

Use integrations to track your activity and fitness: Integrate with health apps to track your daily physical activities. Then, view a summary of your daily physical activity directly in Nutrium.

If your dietitian does not yet belong to the Nutrium network for healthcare services and management and you value personalized nutritional follow-up, introduce them to this app.

The app doesn't let me input a free text for the meals or just post a photo and even the default (and very limited) foods can't be input in it. And that after my professional defined a meal plan. Also it doesn't take into account the steps though I gave it permission. It has no help on what the data represents.

Hi Oana! I'm sorry you had a bad experience. However, you can send photos to your professional through the food diary. Regarding foods you have access to the same ones as your professional, so they can add other databases so you have more variety. As for steps, you need to have Google Fit to sync it with Nutrium.

Very good application, the remainders are awesome and the app help a lot to not forget any meal. Suggestion: Should be possible to copy meals from one day to another. Or adapt the daily meals more easily if needed.

Really like the UX on the app. It's intuitive and simple to use. However, would it be possible if in case when a photo is in a meal, the icon of meal would indicate that it contains a photo or something of the sort. Is it feasible?
