Vivo Gestão Device is a mobile device management application, whose main features are:
* Manage your mobile data and SMS consumption;
* Manage applications used by time and amount of data consumption;
* Manage the sites that are accessed in browsers;
* Implement application usage control policies;
* Monitor your device's location.
The Accessibility Service is used by Vivo Gestão Device to perform the following functions:
* Log the websites accessed in the web browser;
* Detect when the CHIP (SIM) is changed, to avoid misuse of the app;
* Execute blocking policies for websites, applications and operating system settings, so that administrators can control the use of the device according to the configuration made in the Vivo Gestão Device Portal;
* Performs automatic chip unlocking, to ensure the use of mobile data by the user;
* Display the password input screen, to unlock access to the device;
* Restart the VPN service, to manage and ensure access to mobile data on the device;
* Create notifications to inform the device user about Vivo Gestão Device actions.
Collection and Use of Data:
Using the Accessibility Service, Vivo Gestão Device will collect and share the following data for the respective purposes:
* Web browsing history - will collect data from all sites accessed on the Web Browser and share it with the Vivo Gestão Device Administrator Portal, so that the administrator can analyze and manage the information on the accessed sites;
* App interactions - collects user interactions with apps, to execute website and app blocking policies, monitor settings change, perform automatic CHIP unlock (SIM);
* Installed apps - collects the list of installed apps, to block the apps;
* Device identifiers - collects web browser IDs, to capture the websites accessed and perform website blocking.
