First problem: we tried checking into our flight 24 hours before departure and the app simply refreshed the check-in page with no error message. I later found out that this was because our flight time had been delayed, but no error message or email notification was given. Second: when you type any text input, if you type too fast the app doesn't register the input - but the character validation limit does. I could not enter my full passport # because of this flaw. Embarrassingly bad app.

azul is the worst airline I ever had to deal with. I do not recommend it to anyone. I had to purchase a new ticket just because of last name that was placed wrongly. Delta changed it without a problem knowing that it was a mistake. Extremely expensive to check bags that's is why it doesn't come with any baggage included. Stay away from them or you'll probably be sorry like me. The app sucks too....

I have not been able to use a single bit of functionality through this app. It constantly crashes, it needs to be granted way more access to your phone than it should be necessary, it's slow, it's unstable. The only thing that seems ok is the UI, which I can only look at for a few seconds before the app stops working. Quite literally unusable.
