Sonare — Musical Organization System
Sonare brings together in one place the organization of the orchestral body and the monitoring of musical education for the Musical Studies Group (GEM). From the formation of sections to the progress of each student, from the rehearsal schedule to attendance control, everything communicates in a single, clear, and always up-to-date system.
What you can do
• Register and manage musicians, organists, and students, including their instrument, section, church, and levels.
• Monitor musical training: classes, enrollments, lessons, hymns studied, and progress reports.
• Organize the rehearsal and exam schedule and record attendance at each meeting.
• Record exams, approvals, and levels achieved, with a complete history.
• Visualize orchestral suitability: balance of sections and voices and the ideal formation by size.
• Control access by function and scope, so that each person in charge only sees what is relevant to them.
