Normally we love shopping at Dick's, but we used the app to place a pickup order and not all of the items were correct. They were out of the correct brand and substituted for the most expensive brand. I don't understand how they think that's okay. When I tried to return the incorrect items, I was told to call instacart, even though I ordered through them. instacart told me to return to customer service and then he could help me. I got hung up on and got stuck paying more. won't do that again.

I hate having to try to find and clip digital coupons. I can't imagine anyone wanting to read through your weekly ad online as opposed to a hard copy. When I don't get your ad in the mail, I don't come to Dick's.

Wouldn't let me sign up because it said my email was already in use. Tried the forgot my password and it wouldn't let me reset my password because my email does not exist in their system. Leaving me with no way to get an account. Can't use any of the functions without signing in. Absolutely useless and very frustrating.
