it doesn't evenread the camera. I see it on my Bluetooth settings section but it tells me I got to open with app. I open the app go to add device and nothing. Bluetooth symbol is there but nothing pops up

phones app won't link by Bluetooth. Asked fore permissions, I granted full access, sadly nothing happined . watched tube video .
