It's just so slow. It loses connectivity all the time (and it's not on my end). When you want to check your PnL, it's so bass-ackward to get it...oh, and it's not current but 2 days old! I want to like this exchange but I want a much faster and reliable app. I give it an extra star because at least it doesn't have the ridiculous number of ads that Blofin or BTCC have in their apps.

Seems ok but not very reliable or very trustworthy but enough to use them. Bought on their app 3rd party same exact way as normal & paid for instant & it went through but says was canceled on app but was successful & just never credited to my account & got liquidated & they didn't care & said they messed up & got the deposit but just weren't going to credit it to my acc cause transaction said canceled, instead of successful, and have to wait a few more days EXTRA now for them to manually fix it.

the market order dont make any sense, its very volatile compared to other exchange. everytime i open a position, its always in high price that doesnt reflect the orderbook, also when i close the position, its always in low price that doesnt exist on the orderbook. This exchange is suck
