It's just so slow. It loses connectivity all the time (and it's not on my end). When you want to check your PnL, it's so bass-ackward to get it...oh, and it's not current but 2 days old! I want to like this exchange but I want a much faster and reliable app. I give it an extra star because at least it doesn't have the ridiculous number of ads that Blofin or BTCC have in their apps.

I have had good and bad experiences using this exchange. the fee must be lower. It just ruined one of my important trades and the support team accepted that I gained a profit in that trade yet it automatically opened a bad trade without my permission, and they told me maybe you drag that things so it open a new trade, while my settings was on my own API. so that trade was not from my settings for sure. other than that my experience using this exchange was quite good.

Bitunix is improving and that's commendable, I nearly got discouraged by bad reviews here but I decided to give it a try. But then I noticed an issue, when a limit order triggers, it doesn't include the SL and TP that was set earlier with it unless you manually go and input the SL and TP on the active trade again. Please work on this.
