It's just so slow. It loses connectivity all the time (and it's not on my end). When you want to check your PnL, it's so bass-ackward to get it...oh, and it's not current but 2 days old! I want to like this exchange but I want a much faster and reliable app. I give it an extra star because at least it doesn't have the ridiculous number of ads that Blofin or BTCC have in their apps.

Seems ok but not very reliable or very trustworthy but enough to use them. Bought on their app 3rd party same exact way as normal & paid for instant & it went through but says was canceled on app but was successful & just never credited to my account & got liquidated & they didn't care & said they messed up & got the deposit but just weren't going to credit it to my acc cause transaction said canceled, instead of successful, and have to wait a few more days EXTRA now for them to manually fix it.

bonuses are a scam. they want a picture of your hand so they can keep your palm print on file transferred money in didn't even get a chance to open an order before I had to transfer my money out yeah I'll just take your word that you guys don't keep a copy phones have fingerprint on them. why do you need my hand just let everyone else know when they open up your account. it's opened on cross margin. change that to isolated
