This app is so half-baked. I made an order at 3 am and the gosend driver was not responding. Can't do anything to report to the Gosend since BK side made the order, and the restaurant can't cancel or do anything either even though it was from an official BK apps. I even had to wait even more to cancel the order. Why did you even launch it and do 24/7 service if you can't handle this kind of problem? I even saw other people have the same issue as me in the reviews. And it's still not fixed.

Very weird and dissapointing system. I've got 2 coupons. I've already asked whether I can use both of them at the same time, and the cashier said yes. However, when it's time to pay, I have to make 2 different payments. And since they are below 50 thousand, I couldn't use my debit card. Very incovenience. Very dissapointed. Uninstalled the app and will never come back.

I ordered from the app and it took more than 1 hour for the outlet to respond. And then i get the notification that my order was delivered when i haven't get the order. I called contact center 4 times, and finaly my order arrived at almost 3 hours later. I already paid using DANA and they still ask me for payment. Sooo unprofessional. And the food are not in good condition
