prices are different from their own website, it's over priced for delivery and that's not including delivery fees if it exists. also why does the app require my name, birth date, email, phone number. that's a lot of private information for a food delivery app.

I had disappointing experience with KFC this time. I ordered the Dynamite Burger, but it came with only two side pieces of the bun instead of a proper full burger bun. On top of that, the bun was falling apart a lot, making the burger very difficult to eat. KFC is such a well-known brand, so this kind of silly mistake is really not acceptable. I expect much better quality control from a firm as I am regular customer. Kindly look into this matter and provide appropriate compensation for this.

the order through this app took 1.5 hours. when I call for support , the voice boat is just repeating the order details, and it seems it is onward. not listening or recognizing my voice.
