About this app

Q · ATT is a service app for ATT employees. It works with the internal panel at panel.att.by and requires a work account: without one, you can't log in.

The main reason for this app's existence is notifications. The web version of the panel doesn't have any notifications at all: while the tab is closed, no one will be notified of a new department note or OCA event. The app checks for these in the background and announces them aloud.

WHAT IT DOES

• Search for a client by phone number, name, or order number. A precise match by number opens the order immediately.
• Client card: contacts, order history, active orders.
• Order card: status, dates, number of guests, correspondence, "Open in panel" button.
• Create a request in the portal and a history of your own messages for the past 24 hours.
• Contact information for facilities: resorts, camps, hotels, guides, drivers, carriers, museums. The phone number is entered in one tap, and the email opens in the email client.
• OSA: a feed of the latest events for your department and a form for creating an event with notifications for relevant departments.
• Department Notes: list, create, edit, "allow," and "return to work."
• Excursion Department: a complete panel section, without a second login. Available to the Eco, Admin, Management, and OCR departments.

NOTIFICATIONS

Two separate channels: OSA events and department notes. Each can be turned on and off independently, the checking interval can be selected from 15, 30, or 60 minutes, and there are quiet hours. The app doesn't display persistent notifications in the notification bar, which doesn't drain the battery.

HONESTLY ABOUT THE DATA

The app doesn't have its own server. Everything that leaves the phone goes only to panel.att.by—that is, to the employer, to whom this data belongs. There are no analytics, advertising, or third-party libraries. The password is not saved: only the session key lives on the phone, which is recalled when the password is changed in the panel. Application data is excluded from Google backups—the employee's access key should not be stored in the cloud.

The application is free and is distributed only to ATT employees.

What’s new

Server load on the home screen, for the ОЦР department. A new switch in Settings puts a short production-server status line above the tiles: load, memory, disk, failed logins, uptime, sessions and the heaviest process. The figures and the thresholds are the monitoring dashboard's own, so the phone and the dashboard never disagree. Off by default, and other departments have no such switch.
