I don't know if the app is made with the propose of making the users angry or it's just bad maked, but it needs urgently fix the bugs that have on it, otherwise, nobody will be able to use it. First thing is to change the system that uses the number to access, and the second phase of verification, when it's needed to link with the email, moment that aways leads to a crash and the apk shut down, just to wait another 21 days to try again. It's been a year that this issue persue and nothing changed

Badly designed. App crashed when i tried to login with my credentials, now i have to wait for 21 days because it wont allow me to send another verification code.

I've been waiting for 2 months if there's a progress that they'll update the app, Due to the verification process which we can't verify by using our mobile numbers, Please update it
