ARK Access is an on-demand rideshare. Say where you're going, pick your car, see the price, and ride with a vetted driver.
Pick your car
Standard for everyday trips, XL for six riders or extra bags, Premium for a higher-end car with top-rated drivers, or a wheelchair-accessible vehicle with a ramp or lift and 4-point tie-downs. Every car is priced for your exact trip before you confirm.
The price you see is the price you pay
No surge on accessible rides, ever. A wheelchair-accessible car costs the same as Standard — a ramp, a lift, tie-downs or a service animal never change your fare.
Book by voice
Tap the microphone and say where you're going. ARK Access fills in the trip; you confirm.
Vetted drivers
Every driver passes a background check, a vehicle inspection and insurance verification before their first ride. Drivers of wheelchair-accessible vehicles also hold a securement certification.
Access needs, set once
If you use a wheelchair or scooter, travel with a service animal, or want help to the door, tell us once in your profile. Every ride is matched to it from then on, at no extra charge. Non-visible needs are shared with your driver as a heads-up, never as a filter.
Live tracking, your way
Follow your driver on the map. Choose how we reach you: voice call, SMS or in-app only. Large, high-contrast controls built for screen readers and one-handed use.
Scheduled rides
Book up to 7 days ahead for appointments, flights, work or anything else. Change or cancel up to 30 minutes before pickup.
Rate the ride
After each trip, rate your driver — and, if it applied, the vehicle's accessibility separately, so future riders benefit.
