This App is OK. But there are a few annoying things. The CT My Fare app recommends you activate ticket before boarding. The ticket itself is only available over wifi connection ( could be a problem when boarding bus or being asked to present ticket to Peace Officer) Also ticket is timed. This is frustrating too, as if there is a train delay or long journey, you're out of luck if you're your journey takes longer than 1 Hour. When time is up, ticket disappears. I was buying an adult bus pass, and there was an error during the purchase saying my three digits on the back was wrong but it still charged me $118. I contacted support and they have no records of my attempt. This is gonna be a nightmare for me to get my money back or a pass. Fix your stupid payment system, this isn't even the first time something like this has happened to me.

for the most, the app does it's job. it's easy to use and handle, it's efficient and handy. sure it can drain you battery if you leave it open by accident but that more a you problem. the BIG problem is that now the app goes full screen and the 3 dashes that have all the settings are hidden behind the phone's notification bar. when I was trying to re-login into my account, I couldn't access the damn settings. had to go to "my wallet" to actually log in. HOPEFULLY, this gets quickly fixed.
