This App is OK. But there are a few annoying things. The CT My Fare app recommends you activate ticket before boarding. The ticket itself is only available over wifi connection ( could be a problem when boarding bus or being asked to present ticket to Peace Officer) Also ticket is timed. This is frustrating too, as if there is a train delay or long journey, you're out of luck if you're your journey takes longer than 1 Hour. When time is up, ticket disappears. Needs to be Offline 4 Easy Access

Unacceptable Service, Safety Risk, Zero Support This app failed catastrophically. My $126 monthly pass disappeared after a simple phone reset (Jan 14th), triggering a "too many devices" error and no purchase history. A Peace Officer nearly ticketed me on Jan 16th because the app couldn't display my pass. I sent over a dozen emails and made calls. Support told me they "could do nothing." As of this post, the pass is still missing from my account. Do not rely on this app for your monthly pass.

Decent app that has one job but manages to screw it up. 1 star because whenever I add a credit card, it ALWAYS gets removed after every update! do you understand how many times I almost got screwed by that. I'm trying to catch the morning train and buy my ticket and activate it before boarding by a few minutes only to discover that my credit card has been removed! 😡 on top of that, google pay was removed. why? it should be added back
