Great app, easy to use, but I wish there was an option to add funds all at once, and withdraw each fare as needed from a balance, like how parking apps work, instead of the tickets expiring after 7 days. It's annoying and less secure to have my payment info stored in an app and having to make individual transactions every time I want to ride.

This new app has been a disaster. All I get is a blank red screen all the time. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app several times, contacted Customer Service, told to phone the MyFare team, called numerous times to just get an automated message saying busy and to call back. Emailed the My Fare team and got a response a week later. Have had a few emails back and forth with no resolution. Told basic things like clear cache, browsing history, etc. How much money is CT losing with lost fares?

Absolute garbage, I have tried logging in multiple times now and the can't even open the prompt/new window on my phone to let me enter my log-in credentials. Not only that, when I try to log in via my face account info it just tells me I'm not currently signed in. What an excellent way to make post secondary student pay more for their transit fare by building an app that doesn't work just so they have to pay for tickets.
