Once you understand the process, it's really quite efficient. I downloaded the app, brought my bag of cans and containers, entered my phone number on the terminal which printed a sticker to be placed on the bag. Added the sticker and pushed the bag through the conveyor and my refund was in my account in a few days. Easy peaky and no waiting!

Much easier to use than I expected. No more waiting 1 hour for the guy who brought 10 bags. And no need to worry about the machines being broken. Having to wait for payment isn't ideal but I just received my first payment after only 4 days, so it doesn't always take 2 weeks at least.

Good service from the staff but the organisation is not well thought. No trolley available to carry your return, very long delay to receive money from the automatic machine, no garbage bin near the automatic machine to put the garbage. Too much personal questions to use the application. Almost like it is being forced on us for somebody to obtain data about alcohol consumption according to postal code area and your personal consumption habit.
