Easy app to download, instructions are clear and concise and when at the location their people are friendly and quick! Dropping off bottles and vans and not having to do the work is nice and fast. also, the app doesn't ask for bank info. When you want the money, it is an e-transfer. I hesitated to use this drop off service as I didn't want to share my banking info or a credit card. (e-transfers can be done with a phone number). I recommend it (service) and the app.

Once you understand the process, it's really quite efficient. I downloaded the app, brought my bag of cans and containers, entered my phone number on the terminal which printed a sticker to be placed on the bag. Added the sticker and pushed the bag through the conveyor and my refund was in my account in a few days. Easy peaky and no waiting!

The app was easy to use. Some additional explanations could be useful. Almost instant credit to your account and is paid at 100%. As for the kiosks, they are clean, pretty self explanatory and the staff is helpful. Going to use this method from now on.
