Easy app to download, instructions are clear and concise and when at the location their people are friendly and quick! Dropping off bottles and vans and not having to do the work is nice and fast. also, the app doesn't ask for bank info. When you want the money, it is an e-transfer. I hesitated to use this drop off service as I didn't want to share my banking info or a credit card. (e-transfers can be done with a phone number). I recommend it (service) and the app.

Very clean and easy to use. The attendant was very helpful and involved during the return process. It would be much easier to access the facilities carrying large bags filled with bottles if the door was an automatic sliding door instead of a regular door you need to hold open yourself.

Love being able to stick a label on my transparent bag filled with cans & plastic bottles and leave it to be sorted and counted, rather than placing the cans & bottles in the machine one at a time. Saves me a lot of time and I know that these cans and bottles are being properly recycled.
