First time at one of these centers and it was super quick and efficient because it isn't one by one anymore. love how easy the app makes it especially if the return cash machine on site isn't working. Patrick the employee there was super kind and patient with explaining how the machines and application work. This is a huge win for Greater Montreal and laval recycling efforts. I made $20+ dollars and very happy with this experience.

The interface is not fully localized. Parts of the English interface are still in French. There is also no guidance about wine bottles. I brought them to the drop-off point unnecessarily, only to find out they can apparently only be thrown in the trash, even though I could have just put them in my home recycling.

Save yourself the trouble from being ripped off: just don't use the app! I have dropped 2 full bags (worth about $8) back in November 2025, and ConsignAction has NEVER credited my account, it just says that my bags haven't been counted...yet! And we are April 2nd 2026! Fooled me once, but not twice. Used the app 4 times to contact them and they never responded. I called, but there is no customer service agent. Sent an e-mail, and that too didn't work.
