Save yourself the trouble from being ripped off: just don't use the app! I have dropped 2 full bags (worth about $8) back in November 2025, and ConsignAction has NEVER credited my account, it just says that my bags haven't been counted...yet! And we are April 2nd 2026! Fooled me once, but not twice. Used the app 4 times to contact them and they never responded. I called, but there is no customer service agent. Sent an e-mail, and that too didn't work.

The interface is not fully localized. Parts of the English interface are still in French. There is also no guidance about wine bottles. I brought them to the drop-off point unnecessarily, only to find out they can apparently only be thrown in the trash, even though I could have just put them in my home recycling.

Easy app to download, instructions are clear and concise and when at the location their people are friendly and quick! Dropping off bottles and vans and not having to do the work is nice and fast. also, the app doesn't ask for bank info. When you want the money, it is an e-transfer. I hesitated to use this drop off service as I didn't want to share my banking info or a credit card. (e-transfers can be done with a phone number). I recommend it (service) and the app.
