App was easy to signup and place my order although was laggy and a bit slow on screens. I placed my order but then I didn't have a way to let them know I had arrived or I did not receive a notification or any indication that my order was complete and ready for pickup. Also I received an email stating I have 15 points in rewards but the app shows 0 even after a few hours. These features would really help bump up to a 4-5 along with speeding up slowness.

Easy to use app and stable, no glitches. I use to find the nearest location and place mobile orders. The only thing I wish were improved is having the seasonal coffees available to mobile order. You get to the store to find out they have a really interesting new latte that wasn't in the app, that you otherwise would've ordered.

Uses A LOT of data. I like Crimson Cup and this app is super convenient, but this will consume your mobile data. It once burned through 0.8 GB of my data when I spent five minutes setting up an order. I'm not sure what is causing the data usage, but it effectively inflates the cost your order if you don't have an unlimited data plan.
