The service is good and meals are delicious AND helpful for calorie tracking. Their food is smoked and flash frozen with no preservatives so make sure you have a working freezer. The app takes a second to learn but it works well and allows you to redeem reward points for free meals. One meal plan order serves as my work lunch for 3 weeks!

I work a lot and meal prepping gets annoying sometimes. Coworkers showed me this place and its awesome. super cheap, delicious, low carb meals that are simple to heat up. I thought it was a bulk food place but turns out you can order 1 meal or more for the week. 10/10 would recommend.

This app made it so easy to look at everything they have to offer. Plus, it show the nutritional value too. I love it because it healthy & some times I just want to heat up something quicky & not deal with any hassel or worry about the quality. I can eat & know it good for me
