The service is good and meals are delicious AND helpful for calorie tracking. Their food is smoked and flash frozen with no preservatives so make sure you have a working freezer. The app takes a second to learn but it works well and allows you to redeem reward points for free meals. One meal plan order serves as my work lunch for 3 weeks!

This place has been a life saver for me, the food is amazing and it keeps me from overeating, not to mention it's way less than the money you'd spend at the grocery store to make this food. Hits my macro calorie goals too 🙌
