Flow is a living, breathing water meditation experience unlike anything else on the App Store. Touch the surface and watch the physics-driven water respond in real time - every ripple, every wave, every drop is rendered in 3D and reacts to your touch.

This is not a passive ambient app. Flow is a practice.

30 WATER FORMS
Each Water Form is a short, intentional meditation drawn from the principles of BTB Feng Shui - one of the most widely practiced schools of feng shui in the Western world. The 30 forms are organized across three areas of life: Life Areas, Energy Practices, and Contemplative Practices. Each form includes a mindset card with a settling intention and a brief practice to carry with you.

LIVING SCENES
Choose from a curated collection of immersive backgrounds - from a koi garden alive with fish to a waterlily pond, the Milky Way reflected in still water, a sky mirrored on the surface, moss gardens, bamboo forests, cherry blossoms, and more. Every scene becomes a meditation space.

ATMOSPHERIC EFFECTS
Set the mood with Morning, Noon, or Evening lighting - each with its own distinct shader effects. Morning brings golden-hour glow and drifting mist. Noon delivers crystal-clear caustic light dancing on the water floor. Evening dims the scene to a twilight mirror, complete with glowing fireflies drifting over the pond.

FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE
Adjust the wave intensity from quiet stillness to stormy turbulence. Add rain - from a gentle shower to a full thunderstorm. Choose a water tint: Natural, Glacial, Midnight, Caribbean, or Golden Hour. Upload your own background photo to make the sanctuary truly yours.

SANCTUARY ARCHIVE
Track your journey through all 30 Water Forms. The Archive shows which forms you've explored, organized by category, so you always know where you've been and what awaits.

DESIGNED FOR STILLNESS
Flow is intentionally minimal. There are no notifications, no streaks, no gamification. Just water, intention, and the present moment. The app works fully offline - your practice is always available, wherever you are.
