Lucky's auto top-up sucks. I just ported from Public Mobile. Their system takes your credits first and then charges your credit card for the remainder. The way it should be. Only allowing customers to set an amount in multiple of $5 to set the monthly top-up is frustrating especially when you have plans like $29 and $34. One will always have a credit of $1 added to one's account which one will lose if they port out and switch providers. Maybe that's Bells plan all along......extra profits.

this is single handedly the worst app I've ever installed. it practically forces you to enable auto top up by sending you through hell just to turn your data back on. I've spent 45 minutes trying to get it to work. it's own pop up notification to sign into the network doesn't even take you to the right page. you have to find it yourself. it gives you no direction or help. this app is terrible and I hope the company goes bankrupt. It's so violently convoluted for no reason.

Worst customer service experience ever. After back and forth with chat about getting my service restored, they eventually locked my account after taking all the money out of it. Nothing on the app works except for giving them money. Everything is stuck loading or just plain not working except for topping up, leaving your money on an account you'll never have access to besides the option of spending on their service. DO NOT SIGN UP. Spend a few extra dollars somewhere else getting a real service.
