Decent when it works. Haven't been able to use the app in a while. I keep getting an error "The system is unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again. [HNO_RESPONSE_ERROR]. I have tried reinstalling the app and was able to log in once before this came back.

Never know if it will even open. Which is extremely frustrating that I cannot get into my own banking on an online bank. It'll either just say something went wrong or start telling me my password has changed, which is absolutely not true. Very "convenient" when you need to send an e-transfer and have to explain to people that my app doesn't open. Then every day it asks for a verification code. Why? Every other app out there has figured out a way to remember device. Not this one

Compared to other banking apps I have used it is in the bottom half. Look and feel is ok, but it does not handle timeout while you switch to another app correctly. I just get an unhelpful error instead of being asked to login agains. Speaking of login, the login page does not work with a password manager (Bitwarden in my case). The password is placed in the Access Number field, leading me to believe the developers did not label the fields correctly. They definitely didn't test the feature.
