I have been having an issue with this app for years with an issue that several people have complained about. When trying to attach a document or take a picture I have gotten a permissions error when all permissions have been granted. This is on a Pixel. In order to get around the issue I add the documents on my tablet. Reaching out to support has not been fruitful. They take months to respond and have told me a number of times the issue was resolved. Sadly there are no alternatives.

Horribly designed app. We're supposed to use this for travel? Nothing works! Can't upload or take pictures, app crashes. Even the records listed on here are not up to date. I just got the Covid booster AND the flu shot, but then it says I don't have the flu shot. I've had tetanus shot a few years ago, but the app says I haven't had one for 22 years! Unbelievable!

I just spent 30 minutes trying to figure out WHY the app won't access my phone camera or camera roll despite the permission to access those things being allowed. I checked the settings over and over. Camera permissions are set to allowed. Despite that fact, the app just shows an error message and says that access is not permitted no matter what I do. I am beyond frustrated and just downright angry that something that is supposed to be "so easy" is the furthest thing from it.
