Nothing but great things to say, my phone went to Virgin a while ago, I just got Virgin Internet (DSL 50MB, Fibe not available) and Virgin TV. I've been very happy with my phone, and the Internet is great, and the TV app works fantastic on my TV. It's HD. Surprised me for DSL. All of the reps I have spoken to are so nice, it does help if you are nice to them as well! I am glad to have three services with Virgin now. The only thing is the benefits are a bit gimmicky but not a game changer.

I have all services for years. My phone broke, your advisor asked if l called to say my phone was not working. I got a new phone, nothing fancy in fact it is garbage. My phone bill each month $230 THIS BILL $640. Your phone rep.told me it was like a car accident my fault l had to pay. I have dealt with many other company's never been dealt with like this. I will never recommend your service to any one

Virgin was installed a few days ago, still a bit of a learning curve . Love all the channels. Need to get bedroom hooked up yet with chromcast. Miss my voice channel change but maybe that's also available I just haven't got everything down pat yet.
