In the newer version of app, could not find the option to quit the current contract. Had to call customer care and they removed the contact immediately instead of at the end of contract day. Moreover, customer care was not able to assist for the newer version of thr app. And automatically day's data plan got activated as mobile data was activated, when i am sitting at home in WiFi for the whole day. Dont know what O2 wants to achieve.

The App is complicated, doesn't offer a good instruction,no easy search option and each time I need something it freezes out or gives an error. Getting the bills on it is always a challenge.

I really only use the app to see hom much data I have used and left to use. I really liked the previous Design with the circle and it being the first thing it told me and the prediction of how much I would use that month was also nice. Now with the new Update i have to go into a new section to see all of that information which is just annoying considering the design before made it so nice and easy and quick. Really just don't understand why they changed that

Dieses Update enthält Folgendes:
- Verbesserungen für Screenreader
- Verbesserungen im Live-Check (u.a. verbesserte Adress-Suche)
- Verbesserungen in der Netzkarte (u.a. zukünftiger Netzausbau jetzt sichtbar)
