About this app
The Ready To Help app is an app created for caregivers working with Ready To Help LLC (RTH), as well as prospective caregivers interested in working with RTH. This app is part of the RTH shift management system, which connects healthcare facilities to caregivers and provides a seamless entry point for new caregivers to join the network.
The app provides caregivers the ability to apply and manage their shifts in realtime, upload and manage all their required documents (such as professional licenses and certifications), and even manage their payroll.
The shift management functionality provides monthly, weekly, and daily views of all past, present, and upcoming shifts available for the caregiver. There is also an Agenda view that shows the shifts for the current day and the next. All shift views provide extensive filtering options.
Selecting a shift will show the Shift Details view for that shift. Applying to an open shift just requires pressing the "Apply" button in the Shift Details view.
Caregivers can clock-in and clock-out for their current shift directly inside the app, specify meal breaks, and mileage traveled when applicable.
In-app notifications are sent for important events (such as new open shifts, clock-in reminders, etc.) to help caregivers better manage their shifts
Payroll Management allows caregivers to manage their personal details and bank accounts for payroll, plus access to their payroll history and to their tax documents.
The Earning on Demand feature allows caregivers to request payout of some of their earnings ahead of regular payroll (some limitations apply). This feature is fully compliant with US tax law.
