The app AGOV access is your access key to e-government services of the Swiss authorities (cantons and their communes as well as federal administration).

The AGOV system (see https://agov.ch) is a login procedure, identity provider and identity network and is available worldwide for interaction with Swiss authorities.

highly complicated and totally unable to use .... how to make something easy when we can make it complicated !! What a waste .... tried for more than an hour to register, no success, endless error messages with no explanations. Reinstalled the app but results still the same . I gave up ! and fed up too !

Wrongly claims that the device is rooted. GrapheneOS is, however, not rooted. You don't need to be an expert to find out that the reason for the error is that it is not a Google system. Thus, the app forces you to use certain companies' OS and lies (!!!) to you about it. Absolutely unacceptable for a government app.

Incredible that we are forced to use this. Tedious and annoying. I don't understand why I need a smartphone to sign up on my PC for taxes.
