One photo is enough. NovaFit recognises the individual items on your plate, estimates how much is there and works out the nutrition. Anything that looks off, you correct with a slider — the values update as you drag.
What you get:
• Photo analysis with correctable amounts — the estimate is a suggestion, not a verdict
• A daily target from your year of birth, height, weight, activity level and goal
• Food search and manual entry — these work entirely without AI
• Diary with a weekly and monthly breakdown: average calories, days logged, days on target
• Ten languages, following your device language
How it works: you photograph the plate, NovaFit lists what it recognised with an amount in grams for each item. Move the slider and the calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat recalculate immediately. Delete an item, add one from the food database, then save it to your diary.
About your data: your photo is transmitted for the analysis only and is never stored on the server. The app creates an anonymous profile — no name, no e-mail address, no sign-in. You can delete the account and everything in it at any time under "More".
Honestly said: the values are estimates for guidance. NovaFit does not replace medical or dietary advice, and it never sets a daily target below your basal metabolic rate — we deliberately do not support very fast weight loss.
NovaFit Pro removes the daily limit on photo analyses and unlocks the suggestions. The diary, the food search, manual entry and the reports stay free without a limit.
Photograph your meal — NovaFit works out the calories and macros.
