Do you live in the Canton of Ticino in Switzerland? The Treeps app helps you discover new destinations for sustainable travel experiences. Did you know that you could explore many holiday destinations by reaching them by train? And have you already visited the surroundings of your home?

Treeps offers a selection of European destinations that you can reach by travelling on the ground (by train or bus) and of day trips from Lugano that are ideal for public transport. A ChatBot will help you identify the destinations that best fit your needs and desires. And once you have visited them, it will help you create posts to share them with the Instagram community.

You will be able to first-hand experience the opportunities of more sustainable travel and, if you receive many likes, you may even contribute to creating new trends.

Treeps is developed as part of a research project of the University of applied sciences and arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI), developed as part of the SWEET Lantern research project funded by the Swiss Federal Office of Energy. It will therefore be available only for a limited period of time and for selected users.
