Access to information: 
Internet access is required to use all features of the app. Location must be enabled on the smartphone to use the corresponding features.

Ratings and reviews

The new app doesn't cover the use cases for moving inside the city. Even if it didn't look good, the previous app had great features to quickly decide what line to take for my day to day. * For a stop I want to see a line **in one direction** only. It's very confusing to see for boths. * Not enough stops to pin and quickly access from the main screen. * I can't see my bus in busy stops like Georgette because it shows all the others lines and directions first * Itineray pins are very buggy

No in-built grid plan (instead, download a pdf). Can't search for a stop without using localisation or having already searched for it once (with localisation). The stops really shouldn't be dependant on localisation (see CFF app). Can't select a route/line easily without selecting a stop (see previous problem).

Worst public transport app that I have ever encountered. I am unable to buy multiple tickets at once. Buying tickets with credit card is much more annoying than by other means (why though bruv? :) ) Much room for improvement.
