With the free “one” App, you have perfect control over your cards – it’s easy, secure and convenient.

Your benefits:

Requirements:
To use “one” App and the related services of Viseca Payment Services SA, you must own a credit card, prepaid card or business card from Viseca Payment Services SA. You must also have a “one” user account (register at https://one.viseca.ch) and accept the Conditions for the use of “one”.

Activation and login:
To register you will need a valid registration code, which can be requested at https://one.viseca.ch and will be sent to you by post.

Security:
“one” App gives you the very highest level of security. Nevertheless, it is still essential that you use your smartphone with care, take appropriate security measures and carefully check the confirmation requests you receive through “one” App. Your due care and reporting responsibilities are specified in the Conditions for the use of “one”. App suddenly denied access to aleady set up account. Neither fingerprint, password nor password reset worked. Then I used it for applying for a new credit card and it just didn't and didn't send the verification code to my mobile at the very end of the credit card application process. Please, if your systems don't work and can't even make sure an SMS gets sent, please make sure that happens at the beginning and not at the end when everything has already been entered.

After the latest update the app switched from English to German without any notice and without the possibility to switch back. Definitely not a user-oriented move. For me, an expat in a French-speaking canton, this is unacceptable. EDIT AFTER DEVS RESPONSE: Indeed this helped. However this probably should be a default behaviour for unsupported languages. Thanks for the solution!

This is a bug in our app and we will fix it. Sorry! What you can do until then: go on your phone to Settings; General Management; Language and input; Language. Please add English and set it as a second language. This way our app will choose the next supported language (English) as currently your default language is not supported by our app.

Shows an error message "something went wrong" with formatting so bad you can't even read the whole text (all text rendered on top of each other). Second time this happened. I can't even report it to them because "the app doesn't allow screenshots". I mean sure if my app was this terrible, I probably would not allow screenshots either... Fun fact: the supposed error is a lie, the actual transaction went through in the background - good thing I checked with the vendor before trying again.
