Failry poor user experience, as I have to manually type in the code to the web app. Previously with SMS and automatic code recognition the code was automatically copied into the clipboard and could be synchronised with the PC and pasted directly into the browser. Other apps allow to accept directly. In addition, every so often the code is wrong and I need to restart the login process to receive a new code

Contrary to CSX, Frankly and UBS, this is the only bank app that does not work with GrapheneOS. It stoped working like 4months ago. Before that, all was doing well. Noe it is stuck and I dont get to the part to scan the QR. Even Revolut and Wise work without issues. I have no intention to buy a new phone, deriving from poor programming.

I have been using it for several months now and it has always worked flawlessly. I'm glad that they provide a second factor that cannot be easily intercepted (in contrast to mTAN). Also great to have the ability of registring multiple devices. Changing device and adding a new device worked as well.
