Ratings and reviews

App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

The device does not listen to my exact words and does its own thing. It turns itself off mid-sentence. The device will, for no reason stop playing the music I chose, or just start turning itself on and off. The device will pick up and chirp from things it hears from the TV or video games that don't even sound like "hey Google"! I have automation set up to help me medically and they took almost two weeks to kick in and work at the right time and with the correct prompts. That's very dangerous!

My Google door bell camera dosen't work half the time. Sometimes it works, and then sometimes it dosen't. most the time it is offline or it takes forever to load the picture, like it's trying to find a signal. I have more than enough WIFI signal to run both my camera's and 2 phones. I wish now I would of went with something else. To me it is not worth having, if you can't even get the equipment to work right.
