worst app update so far. the new scope cinemas app keeps showing a “something went wrong” error whenever i try to open my points or reservations. also the old app had our reservation history saved from previous years and now everything is gone after the update. for some of us those bookings were memories not just tickets. really disappointed with this update.

Booking process is impossible with the app. Since, I'm a returning customer I decided to install the app as well. But, the app stops when I enter credit card details. Although the countdown stops, it doesn't go through to asking for a OTP, nor does it prompt the credit card company to send the OTP. Instead I booked from the the Web and it worked fine. I see alot of other users have reported the same issue.

App is only good for viewing what is available. The booking of tickets does not work properly, when you are in the payment method. The screen you get to confirm the payment with the bank disappears when you switch to another app (like your sms to check the OTP), which in turn blocks the seat you wanted to reserve and you can't try again. Sorry but what is the point of this app if the a important function (booking tickets) does not work properly.
