You're better off going to the bus station in person, or calling. My first try was with the app at the airport. It kept saying my active Vietcombank card was not supported. 🤨 Then on the second try I went onto the website through browser, this time saying "Your booking is invalid" when I got to the payment segment. No reason given. In the end I gave up, and found my way home on a different bus carrier.

Impossible to book a car during morning and afternoon rush hours. No cars at all and I work in D1. After a long time now on the market, no improvement at all. App still has problems. When you are trying to book and you go check something on web or other app, your search for booking automatically breaks.

Getting better, but still not perfect. The last app was horrible. This app works, but I had several issues when trying to pay. Keep at it! Futa is the best bus for foreigners, so making this app work is very important. *** You need to tell people when to arrive. My bus was from the terminal station "at 8:00", but when I arrive there at 7:30 the bus had already left. *** Also, allow the customer to chose the departure/arrival location ON A MAP. We have no idea where these places are.
