The app has some useful capabilities but I found it to be a big hassle to install and can't get some key features to work, like programming different temperatures for different hours of the day. We've had the unit and app for barely a year, and now it won't work at all unless the app is updated. Frustrating and disappointing. I had expected better from Panasonic

Shame I can't give zero. Wish I read these review before I bought a Panasonic. Takes ages to configure. Tech took 2 hours to configure wall unit with its clunky up down arrows to select. And phone takes about an hour to connect and set up zones again (no sync from phone and wall unit). The instructions in the app are nothing like the options available in the app. To top it off the app upgrade and I lost all my settings and have to start from scratch. But now my app can't find the Air Con unit

The app frequently asks for password input without logging off. Also have experienced twice a server error where I could not access the app. When adjusting temperature it sometimes blocks, and responds with massive delay. Once changign feature the app send the info, which means you have to wait before adjusting another feature...
