Ratings and reviews

The app has some useful capabilities but I found it to be a big hassle to install and can't get some key features to work, like programming different temperatures for different hours of the day. We've had the unit and app for barely a year, and now it won't work at all unless the app is updated. Frustrating and disappointing. I had expected better from Panasonic

The app is quite frustrating. It doesn't sync well with the inside thermostat, eg. the low temp (for overnight) on thermostat is 16°, while it's 18° in the app, so I'm assuming if we set it at 18° (default) in app, that's what it'll be in the thermo, which is too high, not good! And the fan outputs don't match either. Would be good, too, if the thermostat showed (at a glance) the actual room temperature as well as the set temp. The actual temp is important.

i would love to see the total energy stats for the whole house instead of stats in each individual room. c'mon Panasonic! you are almost there! it would be also great to be able to move the tiles in the ui. currently all AC units are lined up in the order as they have been added to the app. night mode - must have these days. Ah and please have a look how your app works on recents samsung phones. They have stupid behavior of switching to mobile data when wifi has no internet.
