Ratings and reviews

The app has some useful capabilities but I found it to be a big hassle to install and can't get some key features to work, like programming different temperatures for different hours of the day. We've had the unit and app for barely a year, and now it won't work at all unless the app is updated. Frustrating and disappointing. I had expected better from Panasonic

Absolutely a nightmare to instal and register. Have not had this sort of issue for a very long time. Many failed attempts - eventually had to go to desktop web browser to register. Then a bigger mission - trying to to install remote via wi-fi - have now officially given up. I used to have some respect for the this band - that has all gone. Never again in my household. Without doubt the absolutes worst I have ever seen. Who designed this rubbish and QA approved it??

The app is quite frustrating. It doesn't sync well with the inside thermostat, eg. the low temp (for overnight) on thermostat is 16°, while it's 18° in the app, so I'm assuming if we set it at 18° (default) in app, that's what it'll be in the thermo, which is too high, not good! And the fan outputs don't match either. Would be good, too, if the thermostat showed (at a glance) the actual room temperature as well as the set temp. The actual temp is important.
