Nice shopping app, I can literally buy things from China that they don't ship to my address. Very useful and reliable.

The customer service experience was extremely disappointing. They took hours to respond and didn't address my actual question—instead, they kept repeating the same generic sentence. Based on this, I would strongly dont recommend using their service.
