PLD is a full peer-to-peer PKT wallet with no central server. PLD uses the Neutrino protocol to interface with decentralized PKT full nodes. This uses BIP-158 Compact Filters to improve PKT wallet privacy. PLD verifies the correctness of the PKT proof of work blockchain in a lightweight way, by probablistically checking PacketCrypt proofs.
