This is a nice service although I wish there were more North American magazines and newspapers. I had a hard time with the app transition because the new app isn't available on Kindle Fire, but I'm getting used to the website. There have been some improvements since the old app retired. I also use the app on my phone which works pretty well but I'm not sure how often it syncs with the website (there seems to be some lag).

Since the buyout, this app is atrocious. It's now just a PDF reader. The new interface is pitiful and the layout is awful. The interact options and the ability to open links has gone. If you exit to look at messages (for e.g.), your place is not saved; you have to find the issue you were on and start from the beginning. Instead of favourites, you now have to "follow" titles and "play" to read them. And the worst thing? They increased my price from £7.99 to £12.99 WITHOUT NOTICE.

The new app is awful. It's difficult to navigate, hard to find my favourites, the text freezes constantly when reading on my phone and tablet and functionality is awful. I used to be able to easily find a specific article using a couple of keywords, now it seems to be throwing up random rubbish without paying any attention to the publication title I included in the search. I'm very much trapped because I loved this app so much I took out a 12mth subscription and it still has 7mths left to run.
