Ratings and reviews

Advertises multiple duration options for insurance, but in fact will only offer 1-3 hours for Commonwealth licence. Additionally I found it impossible to get photos of licence/ identity verification/ selfie accepted, couldn't even use it. told the selfie didn't match. The 'help' team don't read back over the conversation so it's like ground hog day. Waste of my time.. app deleted.

I Installed this app as I was going to buy a new car. Thought it would be a good idea to prepopulate with all of my information so that I could quickly sort out some temporary insurance and drive the car away. How wrong was I! When I tried to purchase the temporary cover with the app I was basically told 'Get lost' without any explanation. I have a clean driving license and 9 years no-claims history. Needless to say this wasted a lot of my time and caused embarrassment. Avoid this app!!

NEVER USUALLY WRITE REVIEWS!! Quick and easy process. Really don't understand the 1 star ratings, couldn't believe how smooth this process was.. Was insured and ready to go in under 5mins. Will definitely be using again.
