What’s new

Warm up without the guesswork
FIREFUL can now automatically generate warm-up sets based on the weight you are lifting. Spend less time calculating and more time preparing for your working sets.

Plan workouts using a Base Weight
Set a Base Weight, also known as a Training Max, and prescribe your sets as percentages of it. Update the Base Weight once, and the weights throughout your workout plan adjust automatically.

This update also includes bug fixes and performance improvements.
