Product left my hair even more dry and unmanageable than it was with an additional issue of being very greasy and waxy. When I reached out to the team about this, their solution to this was to simply use twice as much product as I had been (i.e. give us more money). When I tried to leave the product behind, I found all I could do was pause my subscription - I could not find any way to delete my account or unsubscribe from email (I ended up blocking the sender). Do not waste your time or money.

This is a review for the product, not the app (the app functions fine, no complaints). I wanted to know what all the buzz is about with these "custom" shampoos/conditioners. It is NOT worth your money. I used them for about 6 months. The formulas were inconsistent, greasy, and left residue on my shower floor. They also gave me dandruff which I've never,ever had issues with before. I feel like they barely altered my formula after my feedback and had to complain when the shampoo was watery.

I love Formulate! My first order was stolen from my porch and they happily sent me a new order at no charge, then when I wanted to make adjustments to the formula they were happy to accommodate and sent me an updated formula also at no charge. The customer service is unbeatable and the product is amazing! I recommend Formulate to everyone now.
