App barely does half of what it's supposed to do. Routes don't work so you are stuck without integration routes and NFC activation is inconsistent. They should really focus on letting you either use integrations more easily with Qr or just allow you to use NFC card from phone rather than all the Daviplata nonsense features

I couldn't integrate a card I had already bought neither use QR to pay. The Civica main services are full of errors. It seems they are more into being another digital wallet or an extension of Daviplata rather than a transportation Service. It should allow you to use NFC directly to pay avoiding the physical card.

Es una basura! Complete Rubbish! Since the developer asked me to further explain why this App is beyond bad: *It has a terrible, dated UI which could frustrate a Buddhist monk. *For some reason, the App leaves out one of the biggest groups who would benefit from using it..such as foreigners who don't have a Colombian ID. * After going through the horrible UI and multiple frustrating steps, the app crashes and displays a rather unhelpful message of "something went wrong" In summary... Rubbish
