Well, they are reliable & good. So I'm rating four stars. Transaction use to delay, once it enter, it will shows pending, for almost a day or two days, which is very bad. The best is to make the transaction successful and completed immediately it entered. We are tired of this pending issues that's requesting for documentation such as source of funds, relationship btw you and sender, purpose of transaction. pls remove all these, so as to enjoy the fullest service from you. Thanks.

As a ghostwriter, I've been struggling to receive payments from foreign clients, but with grey, it's been so easy, thanks for the Virtual USD and EUR bank accounts. Plus their customer service is top notch. Highly recommendable... Technically the best ever.

For more than a year, I have been pleading and begging you guys to create my USD account all to no avail. Very poor customer service that makes false promises, telling me the same thing month in month out, that they are processing it and all accounts that haven't been created will be pushed at the end of the month. I have texted, called, emailed, even went through a friend of a friend. My account has been verified, and yet y'all refuse to create my USD account, only if there was 0 rating.
